We've just deployed the changes that allow an organization owner to invite non-registered users into their organization. This means if someone in your team hasn't yet signed up to PatientNotes, you can send them an invite by email!
In the past, the organization owner used to have to ask a team member to sign up to PatientNotes and verify their email address before they could send them an organization invite.
Now, the admin of the organization just enters the new team member's email address and clicks "invite".
The new team member will get an email asking them to join the organization which will pre-fill their email address and ask them to provide a password.
Once signed up, they will then have their email address verified and they will be added into the organization.
This should assist with large organization set ups and expansion of smaller teams.
