Inspiring future A.I. founders at QUT

Inspiring future A.I. founders at QUT

Key Summary

  • PatientNotes was introduced at the QUT Future You Summit, where students learned how AI can enhance the experience of creating clinical notes for healthcare practitioners.
  • Students participated in a hands-on session, where they gained insights into bringing their own AI ideas to life and pitched their projects to investors.
  • The session was supported by QUT ambassadors, with teams successfully presenting their AI-driven ideas to faculty, industry experts, and parents, fostering innovation and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Special thanks to Rowena Barrett, Simone Long, Margaret Sheil AO, and Robina Xavier for hosting and supporting the event, and for making it a valuable experience for future AI founders.

Last week we debuted PatientNotes.app to students at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) Future You Summit, sharing with them how we use A.I. to improve the experience of creating clinical notes for health practitioners.

Students were supported by student ambassadors to learn how to bring their own ideas to life, with teams pitching to investors (faculty, industry and parents) with ‘QUT dollars’. The students in my session went pretty well!

Thanks so much Rowena Barrett (seen photobombing students here) Simone Long Margaret Sheil AO Robina Xavier for having us along.
